Public exhibition is now open


A Planning Proposal has been prepared relating to Lot 1 DP 712505, No 126 Somersby Falls Road, Somersby and part of Somersby Falls Road and Myoora Road corridor.

The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone the above land from RU1 Primary Production to E4 General Industrial and to change the minimum lot size from 20 Ha to 4,000 m2 under the Central Coast Local Environmental Plan 2022.

The Planning Proposal, and relevant supporting documentation will be exhibited from 7 February 2025 to 7 March 2025.
