A Planning Proposal has been prepared relating to Lot 1 DP 712505, No 126 Somersby Falls Road, Somersby and part of Somersby Falls Road and Myoora Road corridor.

The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone the above land from RU1 Primary Production to E4 General Industrial and to change the minimum lot size from 20 Ha to 4,000 m² under the Central Coast Local Environmental Plan 2022.

The Planning Proposal, and relevant supporting documentation will be exhibited from 7 February 2025 to 7 March 2025.

Submissions will be accepted between 7 February 2025 and 5.00pm on 7 March 2025, by either:

Submissions should quote RZ/1/2024 and be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.

Central Coast Council is authorised to exercise the functions of the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces under section 3.36 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (making of the plan) that are delegated to it by the Gateway Determination dated 24 October 2024, in relation to the planning proposal.
