What is a Resourcing Strategy?

The Resourcing Strategy encompasses the Long-Term Financial Plan (2022-2032), Revised Asset Management Strategy (2018-2028) and the Workforce Management Strategy (2022-2026). This Strategy aims to ensure that resources are allocated to achieve the objectives of the Community Strategic Plan (CSP) and meet the Delivery Program 2022-2025 including:

  • Finances – Long-Term Financial Plan
  • Human Resources – Workforce Management Plan
  • Assets – Asset Management Planning
