Project background

As part of our commitment to continual improvement in our services delivered to you, we invited the community to provide feedback on Council's leisure centres & pools across the region.

Your information information was collected to help us gauge satisfaction, service quality and value for money. It offered strong, clear messages on what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

These results will be benchmarked to the survey from 2020 as we addressed much of the community feedback provided, including a range of facility upgrades, new and improved programs and services. The facilities we sought feedback on were:

We invited you to complete the Central Coast Leisure Centres & Pools Satisfaction Survey between 8 April and 13 May 2024. The survey was originally planned to close on 6 May but we extended the date to give our community more time to tell us what they think, via:

  • Online: submission form (one for each centre)

What is the Central Coast Leisure Centres & Pools Satisfaction Survey?

This survey has been designed to find out what matters most to people on the Central Coast when it comes to leisure centres and pools. We would like to hear what our community would see for the future of the Central Coast recreational services.

Why are you doing this survey now?

Council is continually reviewing leisure centres & pools to meet the changing needs of the community, including what people are enjoying using, and what more they would like to see.

We’re engaging now so that Council’s strategic plans are guided by customer values and deliver the leisure centre & pools' service levels they would like to see into the future.
